Most frequent questions and answers

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of BeebaBoysInc. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

BeebaBoysInc. will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached “order being prepared” status.

Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. The following options can be selected during checkout:

Priority Shipping (2 business days processing time + 1 to 3 business days)

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges will be necessary for shipping addresses in remote locations. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required – the order will automatically be canceled after 1 hour. 

2. If you have made a payment, you can send us an email as soon as possible so that we do not ship your order and give you store points on time so that you can use them future shopping.

3.  If your order has already been shipped. In that case, you  can refuse the parcel on delivery. Once we verify that it’s been returned back to us, you’ll receive store points for future shopping. If customer wishes to return the parcel, Customer has to pay the postage as we provide no free returns.

4. If you’ve already signed for your parcel, you may still be able to return it. Please refer to the policy of your applicable region. No free returns, postage has to be paid by customer.

We currently accept payments made through credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard,   American Express) and PayPal. Please note that the availability of each payment option is subject to change.  

Please rest assured that we never collect your card details. After you confirm your order on the checkout page, you will be redirected to our payment service provider’s encrypted page to provide your card details. Our current payment service providers include PayPal. Please note that payment service providers are dependent on region and are subject to change.    

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available in your region:

  • Standard Shipping – 3-7 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
  • Priority Shipping – 1-3 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

Prices in different countries to which we ship depend on operating costs, taxes, and other factors. It is our goal to set the lowest feasible prices for each market.
